Who Are We
Good Form is taking rowing beyond the traditional waters, to previously non-rowing communities accross The Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney NSW. The rowing scene in Australia has been needing new blood and Good Form is rapidly expanding since its inception 2018. Rowing has deep roots and culture accross the globe and has been a core Australian Olympic team sport for many years. Rowing in Sydney has been a popular school, club, community and competitive sport for over a century. With the growing passion for rowing in Australia, we at Good Form felt that introducing a specialised rowing school with a group of enthusiastic and experienced coaches was the next step towards making rowing accessable to previously non-rowing communities in Australia. With dedication, drive and, most importantly, a passion for rowing, we've built a structure through which rowers can develop their skills and take their rowing to the next level in a safe and challenging environment.
We are proud to introduce Good Form to Australia to help people from all over the country unlock their potential and passion for rowing.
